Extended Hours: At the discretion of the Manager, on particularly hot days, the Club will remain open until 9:00 p.m. On such days, a sign will be posted at the office to indicate the extended hours for the day. Guests: No guest will be admitted to the Club without a properly completed and signed guest pass. Guests age 18 and over may be admitted to the pool without an adult member: guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a member in accordance with the age admittance regulations stated above. Adult Swims: Adult Swims will be held hourly each day for fifteen minutes, beginning at 2:00 p.m. and ending with the 5:00 p.m. swim. During adult swims, the middle section of the pool will be available for swimming laps. On any day, the Manager may extend or restrict adult swims as necessary. No glass or alcoholic beverages are allowed. Members are expected to dispose of all garbage in the appropriate containers. Swim Lessons: One of the primary objectives of the Club is to teach our children to swim and to safely enjoy the water. We offer swim lessons as a privilege to members at no charge, starting at age 5. However, registration is necessary. As stated previously, registration may be done at the Club beginning Saturday, June 4th. Forms will be at the club for you to fill out. You must se a Manager or other designated staff member to register your child(ren) for lessons. You may only register your own child(ren). For adult swim lessons, see item (7) above. Membership Waiting List: We continue to have a very, very long waiting List for membership to the Club. Anyone interested in joining the Club, should send a letter to the Board of Trustees at P.O. Box 306, Montvale, NJ 07645. Applications will be sent out as membership spaces become available. Please be advised if one turns down membership, they are taken off the list. To get back on the waiting list, one must write another letter and are then put at the end of the list according to the post-mark on the envelope and not the date on the letter. One must mail their letter to the P.O. Box. Do not hand the request to join the pool to anyone at the swim club. The letter must be mailed. There have been many instances of lost letters handed to someone. |
